About the Project
VA Video Connect enables Veterans to attend virtual appointments with their providers. While effective in function, the platform's reliance on Pexip’s out of the box UI led to critical usability issues.
Problem
Limited flexibility for UI/UX customization
Confusing navigation due to unlabeled icons and inconsistent layout
Accessibility shortcomings, especially on mobile and screen readers
